Tricia Pritchard

Communicate. Empower. Achieve.

I am a passionate, FUN, experienced communication and entrepreneurial-spirited professional that has an extensive background in teaching, training, public speaking, customer service, sales, marketing, public relations, event planning, fundraising and team building.

My greatest JOY is to teach students and professionals effective communication skills and my students have bestowed me the nickname, "Professor Poppins." Why? I believe in the "Power of Positivity" and achieving more with collaboration. "The greatest work you accomplish is never done without the assistance of others. You are not and were not intended to be good at everything. Recognize your strengths and weaknesses. Embrace others and watch your greatest work unfold." (Tricia Pritchard)

I presently teach at Grove City College and Butler County Community College. I create an engaging, community atmosphere where all are encouraged. My hands-on teaching style has earned a consistent 4.9 out of a 5.0 evaluation. My courses include:  Public Speaking and Rhetoric, Professional Communication, Intercultural Communication, Public Relations, Technical Writing and Writing for the Media.
